
What is the Mindfulness Now Programme?
The Mindfulness Now 8-Week Programme is a structured, evidence-based course integrating both Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). It’s designed to support people from all walks of life in managing stress, anxiety, and low mood — while deepening wellbeing, self-awareness and compassion.
Whether you're new to mindfulness or seeking to deepen your existing practice, this course provides a safe and supportive space to explore how mindfulness can transform everyday life.

MoveStill is a new and unique programme developed by Tracey from TOK Solutions Ltd for people with Multiple Sclerosis. Tracey has MS herself and has created this blended mindfulness and coaching approach to help people see and fulfil their vision for the future amidst what can feel like overwhelming uncertainty.
Working with the reality of the moment and the experience of now, the programme focuses on personal strengths, hopes and values to reach potential that holds meaning.
Drop-in sessions offer flexibility and less commitment than a formal programme. They are suitable for all, but most people gain more from them after completing a mindfulness programme.
Two options are available:
Mindfulness in the Moment - settling in the awareness of now (a 20 minute reset)
Moving into Mindfulness - "dancing" into your own awareness in your own way (30 minutes of freedom and fun)
