I established TOK Solutions Ltd around 14 years ago and the company has evolved over that time. What hasn't changed is my passion for working with people to find their "solution" - whatever that means and however it looks!
My location
I am so lucky to live by the sea in Torbay, Devon. The beauty of the area greets me every day as I walk my dogs.
I run my programmes online from my house or I travel out to people if needed and within my scope.
MY LIFE
I am totally addicted to cold water and get in the sea every day as long it is safe. My two dogs love sharing these moments when they can, but if not we explore the stunning green spaces that surround us.
I live with Multiple Sclerosis and I have learnt to see it as a companion for life.
